Saulo Ouverney is a STOTT PILATES® Lead Instructor Trainer with 19 years experience in the Pilates method and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education.

 

Saulo is passionate about Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology and ensuring his client’s body functions at its best. Recognised by Merrithew™ as a Lead Instructor Trainer, Saulo teaches STOTT PILATES®, GYROTONIC®, Fascial Movement, Total Barre®, Halo Training® classes and has traveled internationally teaching STOTT PILATES® certification courses to upcoming Pilates Instructors.

 

Sole Pilates is here to help you move better, get fitter and move your body in the way it was designed to, allowing you to find wellbeing and clarity of mind.

Hi, I am Saulo

Saulo believes “movement helps with healing the body and mind if we use it in the correct way”.

Saulo Ouverney holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education.

As a teenager, Saulo was a gymnast and competed in Sports Aerobics for eight years. After graduating university, he taught fitness classes and private strength training, bringing the mental training he used to have as an athlete to his clients.
